30:1 And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the thing which the LORD hath commanded.
30:1 모세가 이스라엘 자손에 관하여 지파들의 우두머리들에게 일러 말하기를 "이것은 주께서 명령하신 것이니라.
30:2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
30:2 어떤 남자가 주께 서원하였거나 자기 혼을 속박으로 묶기 위해 맹세하였거든, 그는 자기 말을 파기하지 말고 자기 입에서 나온 모든 것에 따라 행할지니라.
30:3 If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, [being] in her father's house in her youth;
30:3 어떤 여자도 어려서 자기 아비 집에 있을 때 주께 서원하여 스스로를 속박에 묶기로 하였는데
30:4 And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
30:4 그 아비가 그녀의 서원과 그녀가 자기 혼을 묶어 놓은 속박을 듣고서도 그녀에게 아무 말이 없으면, 그녀의 서원은 유효하며 그녀가 자기의 혼을 묶기로 한 모든 속박도 유효하니라.
30:5 But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
30:5 그러나 그녀의 아비가 듣는 날에 그녀에게 허락하지 않으면 그녀의 어떤 서원들이나 혼을 묶은 그녀의 속박들도 유효하지 않을 것이니, 그녀의 아비가 그녀에게 허락하지 아니하였으므로 주께서 그녀를 용서하시리라.
30:6 And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
30:6 또 그녀에게 남편이 있는데 그녀가 서원하거나 자기의 혼을 묶은 무엇을 자기 입술로 발설하였으며
30:7 And her husband heard [it,] and held his peace at her in the day that he heard [it]: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
30:7 그녀의 남편이 그것을 듣고 그가 그것을 듣는 날에 아무 말이 없으면, 그녀의 서원들은 유효하며 그녀의 혼을 묶은 그녀의 속박들도 유효하니라.
30:8 But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard [it]; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.
30:8 그러나 그녀의 남편이 그것을 듣는 날에 그녀에게 허락하지 않으면 그녀가 한 서원과 그녀가 자기 입술로 발설하여 자기 혼을 묶어 놓은 것이 무효니, 주께서 그녀를 용서하시리라.
30:9 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
30:9 그러나 과부나 이혼녀의 모든 서원으로 혼을 묶은 것은 지킬지니라.
30:10 And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
30:10 만일 그녀가 자기 남편의 집에서 서원하거나 맹세로 자기 혼을 속박으로 묶었는데
30:11 And her husband heard [it], and held his peace at her, [and] disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
30:11 그녀의 남편이 그것을 듣고서도 그녀에게 아무 말이 없고, 그녀에게 금하지 않으면 그녀의 모든 서원은 유효하며 그녀의 혼을 묶은 모든 속박도 유효하니라.
30:12 But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard [them; then] whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
30:12 그러나 만일 그녀의 남편이 그것을 듣는 날에 그 말들을 무효로 한다면 그녀의 서원과 혼의 속박에 관하여 그녀의 입술에서 낸 것은 무엇이든지 유효하지 못하나니, 그녀의 남편이 그것들을 무효로 하였으므로 주께서는 그녀를 용서하시리라.
30:13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
30:13 모든 서원과 혼을 괴롭게 하는 모든 구속력 있는 맹세는 남편이 그것을 설정할 수도 있고 폐기할 수도 있나니
30:14 But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which [are] upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard [them].
30:14 만일 그녀의 남편이 날이 지나도 말이 없으면 그가 자기 아내의 모든 서원과 그녀 위에 있는 모든 속박을 설정하는 것이니, 이는 그가 그것을 듣는 날에 그 아내에게 아무 말도 아니하였으므로 그가 그 말들을 확정하는 것이라.
30:15 But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard [them]; then he shall bear her iniquity.
30:15 그러나 만일 그가 그 말들을 들은 이후에 그가 어찌하든 그것들을 무효로 하면 그가 그녀의 죄악을 담당할지니라." 하더라.
30:16 These [are] the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, [being yet] in her youth in her father's house.
30:16 이것들은 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 규례들이니 남편과 그의 아내 사이에, 아비와 그 딸 사이, 즉 그 딸이 어려서 자기 아비 집에 있을 때에 관한 것이니라.

30:3 어떤 여자도 어려서 자기 아비 집에 있을 때 주께 서원하여 스스로를 속박에 묶기로 하였는데
30:4 And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
30:4 그 아비가 그녀의 서원과 그녀가 자기 혼을 묶어 놓은 속박을 듣고서도 그녀에게 아무 말이 없으면, 그녀의 서원은 유효하며 그녀가 자기의 혼을 묶기로 한 모든 속박도 유효하니라.
30:5 But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
30:5 그러나 그녀의 아비가 듣는 날에 그녀에게 허락하지 않으면 그녀의 어떤 서원들이나 혼을 묶은 그녀의 속박들도 유효하지 않을 것이니, 그녀의 아비가 그녀에게 허락하지 아니하였으므로 주께서 그녀를 용서하시리라.
30:6 And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
30:6 또 그녀에게 남편이 있는데 그녀가 서원하거나 자기의 혼을 묶은 무엇을 자기 입술로 발설하였으며
30:7 And her husband heard [it,] and held his peace at her in the day that he heard [it]: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
30:7 그녀의 남편이 그것을 듣고 그가 그것을 듣는 날에 아무 말이 없으면, 그녀의 서원들은 유효하며 그녀의 혼을 묶은 그녀의 속박들도 유효하니라.
30:8 But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard [it]; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.
30:8 그러나 그녀의 남편이 그것을 듣는 날에 그녀에게 허락하지 않으면 그녀가 한 서원과 그녀가 자기 입술로 발설하여 자기 혼을 묶어 놓은 것이 무효니, 주께서 그녀를 용서하시리라.
30:9 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
30:9 그러나 과부나 이혼녀의 모든 서원으로 혼을 묶은 것은 지킬지니라.
30:10 And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
30:10 만일 그녀가 자기 남편의 집에서 서원하거나 맹세로 자기 혼을 속박으로 묶었는데
30:11 And her husband heard [it], and held his peace at her, [and] disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
30:11 그녀의 남편이 그것을 듣고서도 그녀에게 아무 말이 없고, 그녀에게 금하지 않으면 그녀의 모든 서원은 유효하며 그녀의 혼을 묶은 모든 속박도 유효하니라.
30:12 But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard [them; then] whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
30:12 그러나 만일 그녀의 남편이 그것을 듣는 날에 그 말들을 무효로 한다면 그녀의 서원과 혼의 속박에 관하여 그녀의 입술에서 낸 것은 무엇이든지 유효하지 못하나니, 그녀의 남편이 그것들을 무효로 하였으므로 주께서는 그녀를 용서하시리라.
30:13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
30:13 모든 서원과 혼을 괴롭게 하는 모든 구속력 있는 맹세는 남편이 그것을 설정할 수도 있고 폐기할 수도 있나니
30:14 But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which [are] upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard [them].
30:14 만일 그녀의 남편이 날이 지나도 말이 없으면 그가 자기 아내의 모든 서원과 그녀 위에 있는 모든 속박을 설정하는 것이니, 이는 그가 그것을 듣는 날에 그 아내에게 아무 말도 아니하였으므로 그가 그 말들을 확정하는 것이라.
30:15 But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard [them]; then he shall bear her iniquity.
30:15 그러나 만일 그가 그 말들을 들은 이후에 그가 어찌하든 그것들을 무효로 하면 그가 그녀의 죄악을 담당할지니라." 하더라.
30:16 These [are] the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, [being yet] in her youth in her father's house.
30:16 이것들은 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 규례들이니 남편과 그의 아내 사이에, 아비와 그 딸 사이, 즉 그 딸이 어려서 자기 아비 집에 있을 때에 관한 것이니라.
