NASB 2020, Psalms Chapter 026

26:1 [A Psalm of David.]
①Vindicate me, LORD, for I have walked in my integrity,
And I have trusted in the LORD ②without wavering.
▷ ①Lit Judge ②Lit I do not slide
26:2 Examine me, LORD, and put me to the test;
Refine my ①mind and my heart.
▷ ①Lit kidneys, figurative for inner man
26:3 For Your ①goodness is before my eyes,
And I have walked in Your truth.
▷ ①Or faithfulness
26:4 I do not sit with ①deceitful people,
Nor will I go with ②pretenders.
▷ ①Or worthless men; lit men of falsehood ②Or dissemblers, hypocrites
26:5 I hate the assembly of evildoers,
And I will not sit with the wicked.
26:6 I will wash my hands in innocence,
And I will go around Your altar, LORD,
26:7 That I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving
And declare all Your ①wonders.

26:8 LORD, I love the dwelling of Your house,
And the place ①where Your glory remains.
▷ ①Lit of the tabernacle of Your glory
26:9 Do not ①take my soul away along with sinners,
Nor my life with men of bloodshed,
▷ ①Lit gather
26:10 In whose hands is a wicked scheme,
And whose right hand is full of bribes.
26:11 But as for me, I will walk in my integrity;
Redeem me, and be gracious to me.
26:12 My foot stands on level ground;
In the congregations I will bless the LORD.
